An Experienced Team
Led by Pedro Seabra — one of the most experienced real estate professionals in the Portuguese market, with over €2 billion in commercial real estate transactions supervised — the team brings together a strong and diversified background in investment banking, asset management, and project management. Joining him are Frederico Arruda, a seasoned fund manager and board member of APFIPP since 2016, and Luís Carita, with a proven track record across several financial institutions and over €1.5 billion in assets under management across multiple countries. Together, they offer deep expertise and a complementary perspective across the investment and fund management landscape.

Team
He has previously worked as a Project Manager at Lusoproa where he led the construction of residential real estate projects in Lisbon and Setubal. Before that, he worked as a construction manager at Beelt where he was mostly focused on residential rehabilitation/construction. He holds Health & Safety Coordination certification and has experience as a business consultant, rugby coach, and litigation technical expert. Gustavo has an Integrated master’s degree in civil engineering from NOVA, Lisbon (2016) and is a member of the Portuguese Order of Engineers. Gustavo also holds an MBA from the Lisbon MBA (2023).
He holds a degree in Accounting and Management.
Before joining Refundos Explorer, Miguel worked for over 24 years at Banif Gestão de Ativos, now known as Profile, in the role of Assistant Director.
In 1999, he worked in the Asset Management division of Finibanco.
Rita joined Refundos S.A. in 2023 and has been the team’s Administrative Assistant. She holds a degree in Civil Construction Design (ISEFOC) and a qualification as an Administrative Technician (PROFORMA). Over the course of her career, Rita has worked with several leading Portuguese construction and renewable energy companies, including CME – Construção Manutenção e Eletromecânica and Grupo Enersis (Semapa). In 2013, she transitioned into the real estate sector, where she specialized in the Lisbon Center market for seven years. She has more than 20 years of professional experience and extensive training in both administration and real estate.
